Should you require the cancellation to be backdated by more than 28days you will need to provide supporting evidence:
-Confirmation of Sale
-Solicitor or Conveyancer's letter confirming the sale has been completed The documents can be attached at end of this form.

If your property was sold, or ceased being a full time rental more than 30 days ago and you require cancellation of your Policy to be backdated, please attach a copy of the Final Settlement Letter, or the Final Tenant Ledger showing the vacate date.
